Mikayla Fenwick is an Associate at Parke Lawyers. She practises in wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, and estate litigation, including testator's family maintenance claims.

Before joining Parke Lawyers, Mikayla gained experience managing a broad range of succession, deceased-estate and property matters. Her estate-planning experience includes wills incorporating testamentary trusts, life interests and rights of residence, as well as advice for blended families and the preparation of powers of attorney.

Mikayla also has experience advising executors and beneficiaries, preparing applications for grants of representation and assisting with the administration of deceased estates. Her broader property experience includes conveyancing and the preparation and review of contracts of sale and section 32 vendor statements.

Mikayla is approachable, conscientious and empathetic. She appreciates that wills and estate matters frequently involve sensitive personal circumstances, complex family relationships and significant financial interests. She focuses on understanding each client's objectives and providing clear, practical advice tailored to their circumstances.

Mikayla holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Bachelor of Laws from Australian Catholic University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Her studies in psychological science complement her legal experience, particularly when assisting clients with sensitive family and succession matters.

Originally from country Victoria, Mikayla is actively involved in the legal profession. She serves as a Suburban Emerging Lawyer Representative with the Law Institute of Victoria and as an Emerging Lawyers Representative with the Eastern Solicitors Law Association, having previously served on that association's committee. She was also a judge for the 2024 and 2025 Whitehorse Excellence in Business Awards.
