Our Commitment to the Environment
Environmental responsibility is no longer optional — it is a global priority. At Parke Lawyers, we take this responsibility seriously and have embedded sustainability into the way we operate.
In 2013, we implemented a comprehensive Environmental Management System (EMS) to identify and manage the areas of our business that impact the environment. Our EMS is accredited to the internationally recognised ISO 14001:2015 standard and is independently audited each year by Intertek SAI Global, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of environmental performance.
Reducing Our Environmental Footprint
Sustainability is a core value of our practice, and we have taken proactive steps to minimise our footprint, including:
- Energy efficiency – All office lighting has been converted to LED with sensor automation to reduce unnecessary power consumption.
- Renewable energy – In early 2023, we installed a Solar PV system at our Ringwood offices. This system not only meets all of our electricity needs but also generates surplus energy that is fed back into the grid.
- Waste management – We actively reduce, recycle, and responsibly dispose of materials to minimise landfill and promote a circular economy.
- Paperless practices – Wherever possible, we operate electronically, reducing paper use and encouraging secure digital workflows.
Why It Matters
Our commitment to ISO 14001 and ongoing sustainability initiatives reflect more than just compliance — they demonstrate our determination to operate responsibly, reduce carbon emissions, and contribute positively to the community and environment.
For our clients, it means working with a firm that not only delivers legal excellence but also values the world we share.
