He has developed and provided training courses for customers and internal staff and presented at international and national industry events.
He is highly skilled in professional relationship management, including complaint resolution, improving customer satisfaction, negotiating win scenarios for all interested parties and building strong ongoing relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure commercially viable solutions are delivered.
