Mitchell is highly experienced in criminal defence law, property law, wills and deceased estates. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he is our principal contact for all criminal defence enquiries and is available at our offices in Kew.
With well-honed interview skills, Mitchell is able to understand the issues his clients need resolved. Keeping his clients informed throughout the whole process of their legal matter is an integral part of Mitchell’s work delivery. Reducing a client’s stress and achieving the best possible outcomes are two key drivers in Mitchell’s delivery to his clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and a post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Tasmania.
Mitchell is an avid tennis and AFL fan and plays tennis regularly.
