Danielle began her family law journey as a law clerk at a specialist family law firm in Melbourne CBD while studying a Bachelor of Laws.  In 2019, Danielle graduated and completed her Bachelor of Laws, attained her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted to practice law in Victoria.  She has since been practising exclusively in family law, dabbling in other areas such as intervention orders, drink driving offences, wills & estates and conveyancing.

Danielle has experience handling a vast array of property settlement matters, including negotiating on behalf of her clients to achieve the best possible property settlement outcome, drafting and effecting binding financial agreements and applications for consent orders and issuing court proceedings, where matters were unable to be resolved between the parties.  Danielle also has experience handling children’s matters, including child support matters, parenting orders and parenting plans, drafting and effecting binding child support agreements and issuing court proceedings and issuing recovery orders.

Danielle’s passion for family law stems from wanting to help clients through one of the most emotionally stressful times of their life with compassion, support, pragmatic and constructive advice, delivered in a financially efficient way.  Danielle understand the family law process requires more than just a lawyer, but someone who will listen and be on your side.  Danielle aspires to become an Accredited Family Law Specialist and one of the leading solicitors in her field.

Danielle’s background is a diverse one, being born in California, then moving back to her parents’ home in Sydney at the age of 2. At 7 years old Danielle moved to Paris, then England when she was 10 and Spain when she was 11. At 13, Danielle moved to Atlanta, Georgia in the USA and stayed there until she was 16 when she moved back to Orange County, California, later graduating from high school.  Danielle moved back to Australia to study when she was 19.

Danielle is fluent, written and spoken, in English, French and Spanish.

In her free time Danielle is an active member of the Victorian Basketball Community, enjoys exercising, spending time with friends and family, as well as with her four Huskies.
