Bridget Pardy is an integral part of the legal support team at Parke Lawyers. Working as a paralegal, Bridget is already on the road to becoming a lawyer, studying Juris Doctor at Monash University completing her studies next year.
Bridget joined the team at Parke Lawyers in 2015 and works closely across the areas of commercial litigation matters and wills and estates. Working closely with Executive Counsel Brendan Reilly and Associate Robert Wilson, Bridget researches specific legal issues they are working on and is heavily involved in the drafting of correspondence and court documents relating to commercial litigation matters.
In the practice of wills and estates Law, Bridget makes applications to the Supreme Court for grants of probate and Letters of Administration, as well as general estate administration and drafting testamentary documents such as wills, binding death nominations, advance care directives and powers of attorney.
Shadowing the work the lawyers undertake, gives Bridget the intimate knowledge to understand each person’s case file and assist diligently with its delivery.
In the community, Bridget is an active lifesaver and member of the Portsea Surf Lifesaving Club. She patrols the beach over the busy summer months and competes in various lifesaving competitions over winter.
