Oliver Ireland is a member of the Wills and Estates and Conveyancing practices at Parke Lawyers. A home is the biggest investment most people will make in their lifetime, hence Oliver transacts the property sale and can advise on the best way forward in the preparation of a will and the protection of assets.
Oliver has a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Sociology) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania. He received his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Tasmanian Centre for Legal Studies and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania as a lawyer. He is currently enrolled at Monash University and is studying his Master of Laws.
His past experience includes being a Duty Solicitor in the Magistrates Court of Tasmania. As a Duty Solicitor Oliver represented clients on pleas of guilty, adjournments, restraining order applications, variations of bail or family violence orders, and any other matters called upon by the magistrates.
Oliver has a calm and considerate approach when advising clients and takes the time to explain all aspects of a client’s matter in detail.
Giving back to communities is important to Oliver. He has offered his expertise to community legal service centres providing advice to some of the most disadvantaged people in our society.
Oliver is a keen soccer player, enjoys a good thriller movie and the joys of travelling. Beyond taking the big adventure to move from Tasmania to the Australian mainland, Oliver has travelled through Europe and ticked off most South East Asian countries off his bucket list.
