At Parke Lawyers we understand how difficult the transition from law school to lawyer can be. The future of legal practice is reliant on today’s law students becoming the very best legal practitioners to solve tomorrow’s legal problems. We have created the Future Lawyer Program to help law students and recent graduates as they start their career.
The Future Lawyer Program focuses on two primary areas, getting a job and doing it properly. Future Lawyers who are successful in obtaining a place in the program will undertake:
- Mock panel interview with senior managers, administrators and lawyers where the Future Lawyer will have an opportunity to experience what it is like to be in front of a panel and selling themselves for increasingly limited junior positions. At the completion of the mock interview our team will provide open feedback on what they felt the Future Lawyer did well and the areas on which they should consider working.
- Resume review by our senior management team where the Future Lawyer will receive feedback on the content and style of their resume.
Legal placement in one of our operational offices where the Future Lawyer will have a chance to work alongside legal practitioners in various fields as well as receive training from our expert team of administrators on legal practice management.
